Auraplayer Editor Redesign 🎨💡

Auraplayer is a digitital editor for oracle systems. Following were the existing designs.

Post exploring few competitors like Elementor, Wix editor and Beaver Builder. I proceed with updating the design.

Following are the designs I came up with.

With the new design. I introduced a sub-menu option. With this, the detailed menu appears adjacent to the option selected rather than below it. This prevents any addition scrolling in the menu as well as provides the user with 42% larger working space with the menu closed.

The new designs also tried to attach the editor to the branding identities of Auraplayer. I also shifted the mode changer to the bottom left corner with it being a lesser frequenty used feature in a single session.

The final designs were tried in both: right as well as left aligned systems.
